Boggart Jack in the Box for Halloween: would you dare open this box?

Would you dare open this box?

It is Halloween, and something is waiting for you inside this box. The video shows our Boggart Jack in the Box: a clown with blue hair and a red jacket popping out of a decorated blue box.

It is one of those pieces that looks friendly at first glance and, look a little longer, not so much.

What the video shows

The video shows it from several angles: first the clown from the front with his hands up, then the piece turning to be seen from the side, with the lid of the box open.

Depending on the angle, the clown's face seems to change and shows its teeth, so the figure feels unsettling as it turns.

A boggart in clown form

In the wizarding world, a boggart takes the shape of whatever scares you most. This piece recreates one of the most memorable scenes from the defence classroom, where objects come to life and fear turns into something unexpected.

Here the fear takes the form of a clown, and the contrast between funny and unsettling is what makes it so special.

The piece

Magical Clown in an Enchanted Box is 13 cm tall and 10 cm wide. It is made from ultra-detailed premium resin and hand-painted, with vivid colours, shadows and realistic textures.

Each piece is unique and handmade, so it may show slight variations.

Who it is for

It is a piece for fans of the wizarding world, Halloween lovers and collectors of fantasy figures, magical creatures and miniature dioramas.

It looks great in a display cabinet, especially at this time of year. And you, what would your boggart turn into?
