These General Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of and use of the website callejonfiguron.com (the "website"), owned by Callejón Figurón, as well as the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

2. Products

All pieces are sculpted, printed and painted by hand in limited editions. As handcrafted items, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may exist between units; these variations are not considered defects. Images on the website are for guidance only.

Our figures and dioramas are original artistic creations inspired by fantasy universes. Any decorative elements, third-party figures or accessories shown in some photographs are for staging only and are not included, unless expressly stated.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase. We accept the payment methods indicated during checkout. Callejón Figurón reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

4. Order process

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase contract is deemed concluded upon that confirmation. Callejón Figurón may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, suspected fraud or inability to supply, refunding any amounts paid in such cases.

6. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The conditions and procedure are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, photographs, designs, logos and models) is the property of Callejón Figurón or used with authorisation, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

8. Liability

Callejón Figurón is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products, nor for interruptions, errors or omissions on the website due to causes beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the customer under consumer law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, without prejudice to any consumer arbitration schemes the customer may use.
