Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic shipping (Spain)

Once the order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping to Europe

Once the order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

International shipping (outside Europe)

Once the order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 12 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and possible customs holds.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary according to the weight, size and destination of the parcel.

International customs and taxes

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, countries outside the European Union or territories with their own customs rules may be subject to customs duties, local taxes or additional charges applied by the destination authorities. These costs are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exception — United States: for orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and clearance fees are already included in the shipping price, so the customer does not need to pay any additional charge on delivery.

Callejón Figurón cannot predict or assume these amounts, as they depend on each country or region. Likewise, any delay caused by customs checks is beyond our control.

Delivery delays

Callejón Figurón is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, carrier incidents, adverse weather conditions or customs holds. Consumer rights established under Spanish law will nonetheless be respected.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

At Callejón Figurón, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with current Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

We accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective or does not match the description given in the shop. This must be reported within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, attaching detailed photos. After reviewing the case, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A partial or full refund, as applicable.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind.
• Products in perfect condition that match the shop description.
• Personalised or made-to-order items.
• Issues arising from incorrect use or natural wear.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use and with its packaging and labels intact.
• The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except in cases of error by Callejón Figurón or a defective product.
• Returns of personalised or made-to-measure items are not accepted.

Return process

1. Contact us at info@callejonfiguron.com, stating the reason for the return and attaching photos if applicable.
2. If the request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the return has been accepted.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of error on our part or a defective product.
